Ambemohar Rice

It is a special type of rice native to Maharashtra and is primarily grown in the hilly areas of the Western Ghats. It has small, round grains and has a distinct and delightful fragrance.

Gobindobhog Rice

Hailing from West Bengal, this unique rice variety is grown in the districts of Bardhaman, Hooghly, and Bankura.

Chak Hao (Black Rice)

This variety of rice is grown in Manipur. Its striking deep black or purplish-black hue is due to a rich amount of anthocyanins, potent antioxidants.

Bamboo Rice

It is a distinctive and scarce type of rice that is gathered from the seeds of flowering bamboo. It is mainly sourced from the forests of South India, particularly in states like Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

Rajamudi Rice

It is a heritage variety from Karnataka and is primarily grown in the old Mysore region, covering districts such as Mandya, Mysore, and Hassan.
