We are in the peak of summer and the temperatures are soaring to higher levels with a high degree of humidity and heatwave. Here are seven golden ways to stay cool and beat the heat this summer.

Keep yourself well-hydrated

Drink plenty of fluids, especially water. You can also include coconut water, buttermilk, and more in your diet.

Cellular rehydration

Dehydration is more than just feeling thirsty. When you sweat, you lose not only water but also electrolytes. Hence, you can add 1 pinch of organic salt to your water. It can be rock salt, pink salt, Celtic salt, etc.

Avoid direct heat

Schedule activities and workouts early in the morning or late in the evening.
