Yummy Cheese-Stuffed Fried Potato Balls Recipe Your Kids Will Love

Schools are off, the sun is shining bright, and while there is play, it's essential to fuel up your little ones with quick and delicious meals!

Here's an irresistible recipe of cheese-stuffed fried potato balls from The Tastes of India Podcast on Audible. Try it out.

5 potatoes boiled and mashed ½ cup of grated carrots ½ cup of finely chopped onion ½ cup of finely chopped coriander leaves ½ tbsp of ginger grated or crushed ½ tbsp of finely chopped green chilli ⅓ cup of processed cheese grated ½ cup of all-purpose flour Bread crumbs as required Cheese as required Salt as per taste

Take a bowl, put the boiled potatoes into it and mash it well. You can add onions, carrots, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, salt and cheese into it and mix it well.

Take a small portion of the mixture and press it into a ball. Flatten it, place mozzarella cheese inside, and roll it back into a ball.

In a small bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water to make a slightly thin paste.

Take each potato ball and dip it into the flour paste, then roll it in breadcrumbs to coat evenly. Roll the coated balls with your hands to ensure the breadcrumbs stick well.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Fry the cheese balls until they turn golden brown. Remove them and place them on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Garnish with grated carrots and coriander leaves, and serve with tomato ketchup. Your potato cheese balls snacks are ready to be devoured.
