Royapuram Railway Station, Chennai

This station was inaugurated on July 1, 1856.

South India’s first train service operated from Royapuram to Walajah Road in Arcot, Tamil Nadu.

Old Delhi Railway Station

Established in 1864, it began operations with the arrival of a broad-gauge train from Calcutta.

The station has 16 platforms and is a significant transport hub.

Jaipur Railway Station

Constructed in 1875, the architectural design encapsulates the essence of the Pink City.

This station, situated at an elevation of 428 metres, is one of north India’s busiest.
