From creamy avocado mousse to chocolate chip banana bread, here are some vegan chocolate recipes you must try at home.

Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

 Blend ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Divide the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least an hour until set. Garnish with fresh berries and chopped nuts.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread 

Mash ripe bananas and mix them with coconut oil, oat milk, and treacle syrup. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and diced vegan chocolate to the bowl. Mix it well. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake until golden brown. Slice and serve warm.

Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 

Roast hazelnuts until golden brown, blend in a food processor until smooth. Add cocoa powder, molasses, vanilla powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a jar and refrigerate it for up to two weeks. 

 Double Chocolate Fudgy Brownies 

 Mix coconut oil, cocoa powder, almond milk, brown sugar, and vanilla powder until well combined. Fold in the flour, baking powder, and diced vegan chocolate, and mix. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and bake until set.
