Over hydrated: 11 signs of drinking too much water

Nausea or vomiting Overhydration symptoms can look similar to those of dehydration. Drinking too much water can lead to nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.

Confusion Constant hydration can lead to swelling of brain cells. This can lead to experiencing confusion.  

Loss of appetite If you are witnessing a loss of appetite it can be due to over consuming water. It will be beneficial to lower the amount of water consumption.
