Banana Bread Recipe

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.

Mix in 1/3 cup melted butter to the mashed bananas, ensuring it's well combined.

Stir in 3/4 cup of sugar, adjusting sweetness to your preference, until fully dissolved.

Beat in 1 egg, followed by 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for added flavor

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture.

Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined.

Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
