Delectable Mango Tiramisu Recipe

Mango tiramisu is a perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavours. Here's a step-by-step guide to making this delicious mango tiramisu at home.

 Ingredients Mascarpone Cheese - 250 gm Egg Yolks - 5 Castor Sugar - 100 gm Semi-whipped cream - 200 gm Mango Puree - 2 cups Sliced Alphonso Mangoes - 150 gm Ladyfinger Biscuits - 12 Kahlua - 60 ml Homemade Coffee Syrup - 200 ml

Step 1 Take a pan, and add sugar and water to it. Bring it to a boil. 

Step 2 Take a bowl, mix the egg yolks, and slowly add the syrup. Whip it until you get a thick whipped cream texture.

Step 3 Add the mascarpone and mango puree to the mix.

Step 4 To make the coffee syrup, mix water, Kahlua, instant coffee powder, and sugar in warm water. Let it rest for some time.

Step 5 Soak finger biscuits in the syrup and place them in a serving dish. Gently spread the mascarpone-mango mixture on top and add a layer of mango slices. Repeat it once more.

Step 6 Refrigerate for some hours. Garnish it with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, add mango slices on top, and serve chilled.
