According to recently-released Gallup’s 2024 State of the Global Workplace report, 34 percent of survey respondents globally say they are “thriving” while 58 percent say they are “struggling.” Some 8 percent of those surveyed globally admit they are “suffering” at work. Here are the top 10 countries where employees are thriving the most in the world:
60 percent of the respondents in Australia said they were “thriving,” and 21 percent said they were engaged at work.
60 percent of the respondents in Belgium said they were “thriving".
In Costa Rica, 62 percent of respondents reported that they were “thriving,” while 34 percent said they were “engaged” at work.
67 percent of the respondents in Norway said they were “thriving".
69 percent of the respondents in Israel said they were “thriving".
70 percent of the respondents in Sweden said they were “thriving".
71 percent of the respondents in Netherlands said they were “thriving".
76 percent of the respondents in Iceland said they were “thriving".
77 percent of the respondents in Denmark said they were “thriving".
83 percent of the respondents in Finland said they were “thriving".
