4-Ingredient Kheer Recipe

Ingredients: 1 liter milk, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, pistachios)

Rinse rice thoroughly Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.

Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add soaked rice, cook on low heat until rice is tender.

Stir in sugar, cook until it dissolves. Add chopped nuts, cook for a few more minutes.

Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with extra nuts if desired.
