 Toss vermicelli noodles with cabbage, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, grapeseed oil, minced garlic, and chilli.

Lemongrass Vermicelli Salad

Prepare lemongrass sauce with garlic, freshly grated lemongrass, fish sauce, vegetable oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and roasted red chilli paste. Cook vermicelli and rinse well with cold water to cool and remove starch. Now, toss vermicelli in half of the lemongrass sauce.

Chicken Vermicelli Noodles

Cook vermicelli noodles and rinse well with cold water to cool and remove starch. Now, marinate chicken pieces with dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. To make Chinese stir fry sauce, mix dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Heat some oil in a wok and stir-fry garlic, ginger, onions, spring onions, and red chillies. Add marinated chicken. Once, the chicken is fully cooked add cooked vermicelli noodles and stir fry.

Cook vermicelli noodles, drain, and rinse them under cold water. Heat some oil in a wok and add shredded cabbage, thinly sliced carrot, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, sugar, and green onion. Now, add vermicelli noodles and stir fry. Serve it hot.
