Euro 2024 Highlights: Netherlands Draw Match With Portugal Overpower Turkey 3-0 and Georgia Tie With Czechia 1-1

The Netherlands vs France Group D match was played at Red Bull Arena, Leipzig on June 22 where Mbappe-less France drew 0-0 with the opponent.

France's star player Griezmann missed several goal-scoring opportunities, at 3.46 mins, 13.21 mins, and another at 64 mins.

Xavi Simons scored for Netherlands at 68.31 minutes but it was declared off side by the referee. The team's coach, however, thought that the goal was valid.

The next Group F match was drawn too as both Georgia and Czechia scored one goal each at Volksparkstadion Hamburg.

Czech's Adam Hlozek sent the ball flying inside the goalpost at 21:58 mins but it got ruled out as a handball. They lost the chance of taking the lead.

But Patrik Schick pounced on the rebound at 58:02 mins, leveling the score at 1-1. Chytil had a great opportunity at 76:14 to take the match home but missed it.

In the next Group F match between Turkey and Portugal, Bernardo Silva scored his first major international tournament goal in the 21st min as Portugal continued their EURO campaign success.

Minutes later, at 28', Turkey's Samet Akaydin scores an own goal trying to pass back to the keeper, giving Ronaldo's side a double lead.

Then Ronaldo headed towards the goal, after receiving a threaded pass. He then crossed it to Bruno Fernandes who scored the third and last goal of the match in the 56th min.
