Tasty Lehsuni Palak Recipe For Dinner

Ingredients

Spinach, blanched and chopped - 1 bowl Ghee - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp Onion - 1 Green chilli - 1 tsp Dry red chillies - 2 Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - As per taste Tomato - 2

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, and whole dry red chilli. Add chopped onion and saute.

Step 2

Add chopped green chilli, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Saute and add chopped spinach and salt to taste.

Step 3

For tadka, add ghee in a pan along with cumin seeds, sliced onion, and whole dry red chilli.

Step 4

Garnish with the prepared tadka and sliced tomatoes.

Step 5

Serve it hot with naan or rice.
