5 Spicy Monsoon Recipes Made With Green Chillies

Monsoon is the time to devour hot and spicy food. Here are five spicy monsoon dishes made with green chillies.

Mirchi Vada

Stuff green chillies with mashed potatoes. Take a bowl and prepare a batter with besan, salt, red chillies, garam masala, turmeric, and coriander powder. Dip stuffed green chillies in the batter and deep fry. Serve with some green mint chutney.

Bhutte Ka Kees

Stir-fry corn kernels with lots of green chillies, a little bit of cream, and some mustard seeds. Squeeze a fresh lemon on the top.

Stuffed Mirchi and Green Chutney

Split green chillies and stuff them with a mixture of gram flour batter, spices, and some mustard seeds. Deep fry these stuffed green chillies in oil. Enjoy with green chutney.

Mix green chillies with fennel seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, hing, vegetable oil, and some salt. Serve it as a side dish.
