Desi Palash Sharbat Recipe

Palash sharbat is a unique and refreshing summer drink. Here's an easy recipe to make this desi sharbat at home.

Ingredients Palash flowers - 1/2 cup Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Mint leaves - as required Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp Water - 2 cups Salt - As per taste

Step 1 Soak the flowers and fennel seeds in a jug of water for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until the flowers lose their colour.

Step 2 Once done, strain the water into another jug.

Step 3 Add cumin, pepper powder, salt, and sugar. Give it a nice stir.

Step 4 Add a drizzle of lemon juice and fresh mint leaves.

Step 5 Serve chilled and enjoy!
