Healthy Coconut Milk Tea Recipe

 Tea is one of the most common and loved beverages across the world.

Many are unaware that tea made with coconut milk not only tastes delicious but has nutritional value that is beneficial for health.

To make tea with coconut milk, you will need thick coconut milk, which you can make by grinding coconut in a mixer and filtering out the liquid without adding any water. 

 You will also need a stick of cinnamon, a few cloves, 2 cardamoms for aroma, 1 inch of ginger, peppercorns, bay leaf, and jaggery for a sweet taste.

To make the coconut milk tea, grind the ginger, peppercorns, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf.

Meanwhile, add four cups of water and bring it to a rolling boil.

Add the powdered spice to the water and keep stirring to ensure proper infusion of flavours.

When it starts to boil again, add coconut milk.

After a few quick stirs, add sugar and as soon as it dissolves, add tea leaves.
