Healthy Date Walnut Cake Recipe Without Sugar, Maida

Ingredients 20 dates 1-1/2 cups hot milk 1/2 cup oil   1 cup whole wheat flour   1/2 tsp baking powder   1 tsp baking soda   1 tsp vanilla extract   1/2 cup walnuts

Take out the seeds and soak the dates in hot milk for about an hour.

Once it becomes soft, grind it into a smooth paste along with milk. Take it out in a bowl.

Add oil and mix well.

Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and a few walnuts. Mix it well.

Add to a greased pan, top with more crushed walnuts and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Slice and enjoy with a piping hot cup of coffee.
