Ingredients required: moong daal, rice, bottle gourd, coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli.
Soak 1 cup moong dal and 1 tbsp rice for four hours.
Then add bottle gourd, which is cut into pieces, coriander leaves, ginger, and chilli.
Blend the mixture into a smooth batter.
Sprinkle some oil on tawa.
Pour a ladle of batter on the tawa and roast it.
Once cooked, serve it hot.
