Steam some rice, heat a pan, and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal curry leaves, and grated mango. Add turmeric powder, salt, and hing. After 10 minutes, add steamed rice and mix it.

Wash and soak the red lentils. Cook the lentils with water, turmeric, and salt in a pressure cooker. Take a pan, heat oil, and add mustard seeds, dry red chilies, and curry leaves. Add chopped raw mango and cook. Serve it with steamed rice.

Cut ripe mangoes into cubes. Take a pan, heat oil, and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves. Add chopped onions, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add the chopped mangoes and cook until they become soft. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery. Mix well.
