Delicious Pasta Primavera Recipe That Vegetarians Will Love

First, in a big pan, boil water and add pasta with salt.

Before draining the pasta, reserve some of the pasta water and keep it aside.

Saute the vegetables in olive oil.

Stir in some red onions and carrots.

Add broccoli and bell peppers. You can put other vegetables of choice as well.

Don’t forget to add garlic, tomatoes and Italian seasoning for flavour.

Take out the vegetables and place them in the serving bowl.

Now, add in the cooked pasta and drizzle with lemon juice and salt as needed.

Mix with some pasta water to give it a saucy texture.

Toss in parmesan and parsley, then serve with the remaining cheese on top as garnish.
