Slice Bananas: Peel and thinly slice raw bananas.

Soak Slices: Soak the slices in salted water for 10 minutes; drain and pat dry.

Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Fry Slices: Fry the banana slices in batches until golden and crisp.

Drain and Season: Drain on paper towels; season with salt and spices.
