 Making a delicious and healthy breakfast can be challenging. Here are some easy and healthy boiled egg recipes for breakfast.

Boiled Egg Stir Fry

Take two eggs, and hard boil them. Cut them into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add dry red chilli, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic and mix. Now, add one chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum and let it cook. Add red chilli powder, pepper, eggs, and salt.

Boiled Egg Omelette

Whip up eggs with salt, pepper, onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste. Pour it on a hot tawa and add roundly cut boiled eggs on top of it. Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, pepper, and salt. Cook from both sides.

Boiled Egg Chaat

Mix tomato ketchup, tomato chili sauce, tamarind extract, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili, and salt in a bowl. Cut the boiled egg into two and spread the chutney over them. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala, and boondi over the eggs, and enjoy.

Boiled Egg Bhurji

In bowl take the boiled eggs and mash them. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, onion, and tomatoes. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala. Now, add eggs and mix them. 

Deviled Egg

Peel the boiled eggs and slice them into halves. Separate yolks from the eggs and mix them with powdered black pepper, mustard powder, milk, coriander leaves, and salt. Arrange the egg whites on a prepared plate. Fill the yolk mixture into the centre of the egg halves.
