How To Make Biryani Masala At Home

Take a pan and add 1.5 tbsp of coriander seeds and fennel seeds.

Then, add 3 tbsp of cumin seeds along with 10 black cardamom.

Put 5 cinnamon sticks, 20 green cardamom, and 2 tbsp of black peppercorns.

Add 1 tbsp cloves, 8 star anise, and 6 mace.

Lastly, add 1 nutmeg and 10 bay leaves.

Roast all the spices on low flame until fragrant.

Allow the spices to cool completely.

Once cooled, blend all the spices in a mixer.

Add 1 tbsp of turmeric and red chili powder. Mix well.

Store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
