Ducati has officially released the Hypermotard 698 Mono in India, priced at Rs 16.50 lakh.
The model is available in two colours: Ducati Red and the exclusive RVE scheme.
It is one of the tallest single-cylinder bikes, with a seat height of 904 mm.
The off-roader looks similar to a supermoto from the outside.
It has a tiny headlight arrangement that complements the elegant DRLs.
The model has a high-rise mudguard in the front, while the back stays unprotected.
The bike features dual exhausts at the tail and a 12-liter petrol engine.
The Hypermotard 698 Mono is powered by a 659cc one-cylinder, liquid-cooled Superquadro Mono engine.
The two-wheeler weighs only 151 kg, making it the lightest model in the market.
The Hypermotard has 17-inch wheels with 120/70 front and 160/60 rear Diablo Rosso 4 tyres.
