Finger millet, also known as ragi or nachini is a nutrient-dense grain. It is used to prepare a wide range of dishes. Here are some healthy ragi recipes you can try at home.
Ragi Mudde
It is made by cooking finger millet flour with water until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency. The mixture is then shaped into balls and served with sambar or spicy curry.
Ragi Roti
Prepare a soft dough by kneading ragi flour with water. Take a small portion of this dough and roll out thin sheets in round shapes. Cook it on tawa and serve with chutney, pickle, or yoghurt.
Ragi Kanji
