Tasty Bread Rasmalai Recipe

Ingredients White bread - 10 pieces Milk - 2 ltr Ordinary barfis - 4 Sugar - 1 cup Desi Ghee - 4 tbsp Badam and pistachio - For garnishing Saffron - A pinch Rose petals Chandi ka vark

Step 1 With the help of a small katori,  cut out small rounds from the bread pieces, keep it aside.

Step 2 Take half cup sugar and boil till a thin syrup is formed.

Step 3 Boil milk and while thickening add the powdered barfi and the rest of the sugar.

Step 4 Now, heat a tawa and saute the round bread pieces slightly brown on both sides.

Step 5 Dip this sauteed bread pieces into the sugar syrup and simultaneously into the rasmalai dip.

Step 6 Now, add the saffron strings and nuts.

Step 7 Transfer this into a serving dish and decorate with silver vark and with a few rose petals.
