5 Spanish Breakfast Recipes Under 15 Minutes

Looking for ways to jazz up your morning meal? Here are five Spanish breakfast recipes that can be made in under 15 minutes.

Spanish Omelette

Cook chopped potatoes in a pan. Now, add onions, green chillies, black pepper and some salt, and small bits of cheese slices. Whisk eggs with coriander leaves. Add some oil to the pan and pour the eggs. Flip and cook from the other side.

Spanish Style Coffee (Café con Leche)

A shot of espresso is dosed with steamed milk. This hot beverage is very much similar to America's cafe latte.

Hot Chocolate

Boil milk in a deep bowl, and add chocolate to it. Add cinnamon stick, vanilla stick, and powdered sugar along with cocoa powder. Stir well to mix thoroughly and pour hot in a cup.

Churros

On a plate sift flour with baking powder. Knead the dough with warm salt-sugar water. In a piping bag stuff the dough and squeeze out 7-10 cm long pieces cutting with scissors. Deep fry till golden. Serve with some chocolate sauce or maple syrup.

Bocadillos

This sandwich can be made with Spanish bread, usually a baguette or other bread similar to a baguette.
