No-Sugar Banana Pancake Recipe For Breakfast

Ingredients: • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed • 2 large eggs • 1/2 cup almond flour • 1/4 cup coconut flour • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk • Butter or oil for greasing the pan

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mashed bananas, and melted coconut oil.

In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

Combine the two mixtures and then add unsweetened almond milk. Stir until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan and drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear and edges start to dry. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy! You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
