The Bhutte ka shorba recipe is made using corn, milk, and a mix of flavourful masalas. Try this easy recipe at home during monsoon.
Ingredients Corn - 2 cups Cornflour -- 2 tbsp Milk - 1/2 cup Salt - As per taste Onion (chopped) - 1 Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Cloves - 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped) - 2 Peppercorns - 3 Bay Leaf - 1 Carrot (chopped) - 2 tbsp Cumin Seed Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp Haldi - 1 tsp
Step 1 Mix corn flour and milk until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 2 Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, and add spices like cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns, bay leaf, onions and garlic. Now, add carrots, coriander seeds, and haldi and mix. Cook it for some time.
Step 3 Add corn, salt to taste, and water according to the consistency. Once cooled down, remove the bay leaf and cinnamon.
Step 4 Blend the mixture until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a heated non-stick kadhai, add milk and cornflour mixture, and water.
Step 5 Cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
