Warm milk is a perennial bedtime drink. It contains an amino acid called tryptophan, which works like a natural sleep inducer. Add a pinch of turmeric or a spoon of honey to the warm milk.
Mix chamomile flowers in hot water and let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and serve.
A warm glass of almond milk before bed will help you relax.
Boil water in a kettle or a saucepan. Add fresh lavender buds or a lavender tea bag. Pour hot water into the cup. Let steep for some time. Enjoy it.
