 Soak methi seeds overnight. Heat some oil in a pan and add tomatoеs, onions, cumin seeds, and a hint of tangy tamarind. Now, add soaked methi seeds and cook for some time.

Roast fеnugrееk sееds, ghее, and jaggеry in a kadhai. Once the mix cools down, give them the shape of laddoos.

Roast methi seeds with cumin seeds and red chilli in ghee. Add some grated coconut. Once it cools down, add it to a blender with some water and blend it well. Now, add some curd to this mix and adjust the salt. Add tempering made with urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and urad dal.
