Ola Electric is expected to unveil its new electric bike on August 15. Bookings and deliveries are likely to follow soon after the launch.
Previous concepts include the Roadster, Adventure, Cruiser, and DiamondHead. All are likely to share a single platform, though technical details remain unconfirmed.
A video by CEO Bhavish Aggarwal hints at a naked bike designed for city commuting, featuring mid-set footpegs and a wide handlebar for a sporty yet practical ride.
The bike is expected to rival 150cc-160cc models, with a top speed likely around 130km/h and a range between 180km and 280km.
Likely to include a telescopic front suspension and rear mono-shock, the bike is also expected to feature a digital instrument cluster and all-LED lighting.
The bike’s expected narrower tyres may enhance its range, aiming to improve efficiency while maintaining performance.
It is anticipated that the bike will come with a 4kWh to 6kWh battery pack, providing a range likely between 180km and 280km, though specifics are still pending.
The riding posture is expected to be similar to the Yamaha FZ range, offering a balance of sportiness and practicality for urban use.
The new bike is likely to be priced under ₹2 lakh, with potential special offers from Ola Financial Services.
Although initially expected in the latter half of FY2026, the bike is now likely to be available in the market sooner.
