The rainy weather naturally enhances the craving for warm, comforting snacks. Here are some protein-rich tikki recipes you can try in the month of monsoon.

Mushroom-Dal Tikki

 Make a mix of mushrooms and lentils with some breadcrumbs and spices. Now, bake these tikkis in a microwave and serve them with mint chutney or ketchup.

Amaranth, Bathua, and Palak Tikki

Mix boiled amaranth, bathua, and palak leaves along with muesli, roasted gram flour, and some spices. Pan-fry these tikkis or bake them.

 Paneer Tikki

Mash grated paneer with some coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, and more. Now, shape this mix in bite-size round tikkis and pan fry. 

 Navratan Tikki

 Mix a variety of vegetables like carrots, spinach, green beans, and potatoes in a bowl. Now, prepare tikkis, pan-fry or bake them, and serve with a tangy mint chutney.
