Tasty Sattu Ragi Laddoo Recipe

Sattu Ragi Laddoos are perfect for healthy snacking. Here's a delightful laddoo recipe.

Add a dollop of ghee to the pan. Once it's hot, add sattu flour and ragi flour. Mix well and cook it on medium heat until it's aromatic.

Step 1

Take 10-15 cashews and 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds in a blending jar. Grind the mixture.

Step 2

Add this mix to the cooked flour mixture. Let it cool down slightly.

Step 3

Add this mixture into a blender jar, and add cardamom powder and jaggery for taste. Blend it.

Step 4

While it is still warm, make small laddoos from this mixture.

Step 5

Let it cool down for a while or serve it immediately.
