Delicious Sindhi Fish Curry Recipe

6-7 pieces of clarified butter (ghee) Chopped green chillies 3-4 Cloves of finely chopped garlic 2 Pureed tomatoes 1 Teaspoon of red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon of coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder 3 Tablespoons of cooking oil Water (as needed) 1 Cup of fresh coriander leaves Salt Fish (4-5 pieces)

Ingredients

The fish should be thoroughly washed and then coated with a mixture of salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and oil.

Marinate the fish for an hour.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated fish pieces.

In another pan, heat the oil and add the coriander paste. Cook for a few minutes, then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, and tomato puree.

Add more water if needed and cook until the gravy comes to a boil. 

Arrange the fish pieces in a bowl and pour the gravy over them. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
