Sooji Halwa Recipe in 10 Minutes

1 cup semolina (sooji), 1 cup sugar, 4 tbsp ghee, 3 cups water, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina and roast until golden brown.

In another pan, boil water and sugar until dissolved.

Slowly add sugar syrup to roasted semolina, stirring constantly.

Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Cook until the halwa thickens.
