2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup lukewarm water
250 gm paneer, crumbled 1/2 cup chopped cabbage 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon ginger paste Salt, to taste
1 cup tomatoes, diced 1/2 cup onions, diced 1/4 cup garlic, minced 1/4 cup ginger, grated 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon chili oil Salt, to taste 1-2 teaspoons chili paste 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, baking powder, and lukewarm water.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle.
Place a tablespoon or two of the paneer filling in the center of each circle and seal the edges.
Steam the momos for 10-15 minutes (until they are soft and aromatic).
Prepare the momo chutney by cooking diced ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chili paste, and black pepper in medium heat.
Serve hot the tasty paneer momos with the spicy red chutney.
