Ingredients Oats - 1/2 cup Urad Dal - 1/2 cup Onion, chopped - 1 Capsicum, chopped - 1 Carrot, chopped - 1 Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Pepper - A pinch Salt - As per taste
Step 1 Take soaked urad dal and grind it till smooth.
Step 2 Add powdered oats with salt, red chilli powder, and pepper to the urad dal batter.
Step 3 Mix this and add chopped onion, carrot, and capsicum. Combine this well.
Step 4 Take the appe maker and grease it.
Step 5 Drop a spoonful of this batter in the greased pan and let it cook.
Step 6 Flip and cook from the other side. Once brown and crisp, take it out and serve!
