Ingredients: - 1 tbsp of mustard oil - 1 cup cooked lentils (dal) - 3 hard-boiled eggs - 1 onion, chopped - 1 tomato, chopped - 1 green chili, chopped - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - Salt, to taste - Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onion, tomato, and green chili. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add cooked lentils, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Take the hard-boiled eggs and peel them. Then, mash them in a bowl.
Combine the mashed eggs with the lentil mixture.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
