5 Desi Pre-workout Ladoo Recipes

Danyacha

These ladoos are made from peanuts, jaggery, and ghee. Dry roast peanuts on a low flame. Cool and rub them between the palms of your hands to remove the skin. Now, grind the peanuts coarsely. In a pan add ghee and jaggery and add peanut mix to it. Once the mix cools down, grease your palm and roll the mix into bite-sized balls.

Poha Ladoo

Dry roast poha in a pan. Add desiccated coconut and some ghee. Now, grind it coarsely. Add cardamom powder and jaggery to the grinder and blend it again. Heat some ghee in a pan and fry nuts and raisins. Add this mix to the mix and form balls of it.

Rajgira Ladoo

Heat jaggery in a pan along with some water. Strain the jaggery water and let it boil in a different pan. Once it becomes a little thick, add it to the bowl of water. Add the popped rajgira to the hot jaggery syrup. Add powdered cardamom. Mix it well. Grease your palms with ghee and make bite-size ladoos.

Khajoor Ladoo

Dry roast almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, and walnuts in a pan on a medium flame. Allow them to cool. Put them in a blender and blend coarsely. Chop dates roughly and adds to the blender. Heat some ghee in a pan and add dates paste. Add roasted nuts, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into small balls.

Singhara Ladoo

Take a kadai, add ghee, and singhara atta. Cook on a medium flame for some time. Add chopped nuts, mix well, and keep aside to cool down. Add sugar and mix well. Divide the mixture into small portions and gently roll into ladoos.
