Delectable coconut and rose ladoos are a great option for fasting. Try this easy and vrat-friendly coconut and rose ladoo recipe at home.
Ingredients Desiccated coconut - 1.5 cup Rose syrup - 1 tbsp Ghee - 2 tsp Roasted peanuts - A handful of Condensed milk - 1/2 cup Rosewater - 2 tbsp Crushed mixed dry fruits - 1/2 cup Almonds - A handful of
Step 1 Heat a skillet and add ghee, roast the dry fruits and nuts, and then transfer them to a plate.
Step 2 In the same pan, add ghee and the desiccated coconut and stir continuously.
Step 3 Once the coconut starts to cook, add condensed milk, rose syrup, and rose water to it. Stir it well.
Step 4 Crush the roasted dry fruits and nuts, and then stir them into the ladoo mixture once it has been beautifully cooked.
Step 5 After the mixture has cooled, form tiny ladoos. Garnish each ladoo with rose petals and dry fruits.
