Ola Electric has launched its first e-motorcycle series in India, the Roadster, featuring three models with prices ranging from ₹75,000 to ₹2.50 lakh.
The series includes Roadster X, Roadster, and Roadster Pro, each tailored for urban commuting with distinct features and performance.
Reservations for the Roadster X and Roadster are open, with deliveries from January 2025. Roadster Pro deliveries will start by Diwali 2025.
Inspired by the 2023 concept, all three models boast a naked roadster silhouette, sharp styling, and a flexible sub-frame for scalability.
The entry-level Roadster X, priced ₹75,000-₹1 lakh, offers a range of up to 200 km, 14.7 bhp output, and 124 kmph top speed.
The mid-spec Roadster, priced ₹1.05 lakh-₹1.40 lakh, features a 248 km range, 17.4 bhp, and a 126 kmph top speed, with sporty, muscular styling.
The premium Roadster Pro, priced ₹2 lakh-₹2.5 lakh, offers 579 km range, 70 bhp, and advanced features like USD forks and ADAS.
The Roadster Pro includes liquid cooling for motor and battery, enabling a 0-40 kmph sprint in 1.2 seconds and a top speed of 194 kmph.
All models feature an integrated MCU with advanced systems like Hill Hold, traction control, ABS modes, and Ola’s 4680 cells for better battery performance.
Ola Electric plans to unveil its Supersport, Adventure, and Cruiser e-motorcycle series, starting with the Supersport around Diwali 2024.
