Boneless chicken - 500 gm Hung curd - 1/2 cup Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 3 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Wooden skewers - 6 to 7 Lemon slices - 5 Butter - 3 tbsp Salt - As per taste
Cut chicken pieces into small pieces, pat them dry with tissue paper, and place them into a large mixing bowl.
Add hung curd along with coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, and turmeric powder to the bowl. Add lemon juice and oil to the marination. Keep it aside for some time.
Soak the wooden skewers for some time. After the marinated chicken is ready, thread it into the skewers, alternating with lemon slices.
Heat butter in a pan and place the lemon chicken tikka skewers on it. Cook until they are tender and slightly charred.
Lemon chicken tikka is ready, serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
