Moong dal chilla is a popular breakfast or snack option that is packed with protein and nutrients. Try this delicious Moong dal chilla recipe at home.
Ingredients Moong dal, washed/soaked - 1 cup Ginger, chopped - 1 inch Green chillies - 3 Salt - As per taste Oil - As needed
Step 1 Wash and soak the moong dal for 2-3 hours.
Step 2 Grind the soaked moong dal with ginger, green chili, and salt to make a smooth batter.
Step 3 Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
Step 4 Cook until the bottom side is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
Step 5 Serve hot with garlic chutney, mint chutney, or yoghurt.
