Apple iPhone 16 launch event: All questions answered

Apple is calling the upcoming event “Its Glowtime”. The tagline is speculated to be a reference towards the new Siri interface that glows around the iPhone’s display.

The main highlight of the event is the iPhone 16 series which Apple is expected to announce at the Its Glowtime event.

Like iPhone 15 series, the iPhone 16 series will also include four models – iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

iPhone 16 isn’t the only thing that Apple is expected to announce at the event. Next-generation AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Watch Series 10 are also expected to be announced.

Apple has already announced the AI-based features with iOS 18 update. The next-generation iPhones – all four models – are said to support Apple Intelligence features.

Not much is set to change. The new iPhones are expected to get a new vertical camera housing. Additionally, the phones will come with new A-series processors. The Pro models are said to feature bigger displays as well.

Apple usually starts rolling out the next-generation operating system soon after the iPhone event. This year, we are expecting the same. The company will also roll out other operating systems as well.
