EASY MANGALOREAN NEER DOSA RECIPE

For the batter, finely grind 1 cup overnight soaked rice and ½ cup coconut.

Add 1 tsp of salt and 2 ½ cup water to the batter. Ensure the consistency is watery.

Take a hot tawa and grease it with oil. Carefully spread the batter on the tawa.

Cover and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.

Do not cook the dosa on both sides. Fold it in half on the tawa.

Serve immediately with coconut chutney and sambar.
