Protein-Rich Peanut Butter Chicken Recipe

Wash and chop 400 grams of chicken into small cubes.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add the chicken pieces.

Saute lightly and cook chicken until it turns golden brown.

Add 1 chopped onion, few garlic cloves, ginger and a green chilli.

Add some curry powder, water as required. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Now, add a chopped tomato and cook it on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add 400 ml of coconut milk (optional) and some peanut butter.

Give it a good stir and let it cook for at least 15 minutes.

Add water to adjust consistency and cook until chicken is ready-to-eat.

Garnish it with some roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and serve hot.
