Easy And Yummy Atte Ka Halwa Recipe

Fry 4 raisins and 4 cashews in ¼ cup ghee till golden.

In the same pan, add 1 cup of atta and roast on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Add salt and mix well. Slowly pour in water and mix gently.

Add ¼ tsp sugar and cook the atta mixture.

Slowly add in ½ cup of ghee slowly and cook till the halwa is non-sticky.

Add in 1 tsp cardamom powder, fried raisins, and fried cashews. Serve hot.
