Mushroom And Spinach Toast Recipe

Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil, 250 g sliced mushrooms, 3 garlic cloves minced, 200 g chopped spinach

Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot, add in the mushrooms and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add in chopped spinach. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Toast your favourite bread and top it with the mushroom mixture.

Serve with your morning cup of coffee.
