Tasty And Easy Onion Rava Dosa Recipe

It is a super crunchy dosa made with rava batter and topped with onion and green chilli mixture. Try this tasty and easy onion rava dosa recipe at home.

Rava (semolina) - 1 cup Rice flour - 1 cup Green chillies, chopped - 3 Ginger, grated - 1/2 inch Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida - A pinch Onions, finely chopped - 2 Cashew nuts (broken), roasted - 3 tsp Salt - As per taste Oil - As much needed

Mix the rice flour and rava with some water until smooth. Add the asafoetida, cumin seeds, and salt.

Mix the chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, cashew nuts, and black pepper in a bowl and keep it aside.

Grease a tawa with some oil. Add some water to the dosa batter and make it into a thin batter.

Pour 1/2 cup of the batter into the center of the pan and quickly spread with an outward spiral motion to form a thin pancake. Sprinkle some onion-green chilli mixture on top of it. Dot the edges with a little oil and cook.

Fold the dosa and remove it from the pan. Serve hot with chutneys or sambhar.
